fiocco group co., ltd. was founded in 1992. the group has four major wholly-owned companies: ningbo huayi garments co., ltd., ningbo fiocco clothing co., ltd., ningbo huayi import & export co., ltd., and ningbo yesgo fashion & technology co., ltd. it is a collection of clothing of intelligent manufacturing, high-end ladies' fashion brand operation, international trade, comprehensive foreign trade service, and yesgo innovation service platform in an integrated company. in the past 30 years of development, the group has always focused on the transformation and upgrading of the fashion and apparel industry, and constantly innovated the industrial chain and value chain. in 2022, the total sales volume of the group exceeded 4.7billion rmb.

1992

in august 1992, ningbo huayi knitting manufacturing co., ltd. was established.

1997

in march 1997, ningbo huayi import & export co., ltd. was established.

1998

in september 1998, ningbo huayi knitting manufacturing co., ltd. was renamed ningbo huayi clothing co., ltd.

2002

in september 2002, the company moved from ningdong industrial zone to no. 11, dongqianhu section, yinxian avenue.

2004

in february 2004, the group invested and established ningbo huayi clothing (hong kong) co., ltd; in april, the group invested in the establishment of australian fashion clothing co., ltd.

in december 2004, the company invested more than 50 million yuan to establish jiangxi huayi garment co., ltd. in fuzhou city, jiangxi province.

2006

in 2006, ningbo fiocco clothing co., ltd. established the "fiocco" fiocco senior women's clothing brand with independent intellectual property rights.

2007

in june 2007, fiocco group co., ltd. was officially established. in september of the same year, the new office building of the group was completed.

2011

in june 2011, fiocco women's wear settled in hangzhou building, becoming the first ningbo women's wear brand settled in hangzhou building.

2013

in november 2013, the group invested and established ningbo huayi international logistics co., ltd.

2014

in december 2014, fiocco group's import and export volume was 700 million, ranking 132 in the list of top 200 import and export enterprises in ningbo.

2015

in march 2015, the group invested and established ningbo ronge international trade co., ltd.
in august 2015, ningbo huayi international logistics co., ltd. was officially renamed zhejiang huayi supply chain management co., ltd. due to the needs of business development.
in december 2015, fiocco group's import and export volume was 950 million, ranking among the top 100 import and export enterprises in ningbo for the first time.

2016

on september 13, 2016, fiocco group won the title of "the most influential ningbo business enterprise" at the 2016 ningbo business conference of "zhixing 2025".

2017

august 23, 2017 marks the 25th anniversary of the founding of fiocco group. august 23 of each year is set as "fiocco day".

2018

in june 2018, fiocco group ranked 24th among the top 200 export enterprises in ningbo with an export volume of us $161.77 million.

on june 21, 2018, ningbo yesgo fashion technology co., ltd. was established.

2019

in december 2019, the second phase project of yesgo valley was started.

2021

in june 2021, the group headquarters building was completed and relocated.
in september 2021, y11 collection store and yesgo street opened.in september 2021, y11 designer brand collection store and yunshanggu 11th street opened.

2022

in february 2022, rosen themed convenience store, shanhaichan jishang japanese cuisine and yishanqi coffee and tea house on the 11th street of yesgo opened.
